In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 about the protection of persons and other subjects involved in the processing of personal data, we hereby inform you that the personal data collected by us will be used in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy and your rights.

According to article 13 of the aforementioned decree, we hereby provide the following information:

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
Processing related to the services on this web site occurs at the company headquarters and is only performed by the technical staff of the Office responsible for data processing, or by others responsible for occasional maintenance operations.
No data from the web service will be communicated or disseminated.
The personal information provided by users who register or request the dispatch of informative material (bulletins, newsletters, answers to questions, etc.), is used only to perform the service or provision requested and is communicated to third parties only where it is necessary for that purpose.

Navigational data

The computer systems and software used to operate this website acquire, during normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected in order to be associated to specific individuals, but by its very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, identify users.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
The respective subjects of the personal data have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of this same data and to discover the origin, check accuracy or request the integration, updating or correction of the data (art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003). Pursuant to this Article shall have the right to request, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data treated in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment.
